THE GOSPEL UNTO SALVATION

The fifth book in the New Testament is called "The Acts of the Apostles."  In this book we find several examples of people being saved.  Why?  Obviously, the Holy Spirit wanted to show people how He saves sinners.  These examples represent people from all walks of life.  Though these people differed greatly intellectually, socially and religiously, yet they all heard the good news of how God can make a sinner righteous by their faith in what He did through Jesus (Romans 10:6-13).  Their faith expressed itself in turning from sins in repentance, in the acknowledgment of Jesus as being sent by God and in their uniting with Jesus' death by immersion.  Click on the word CHART to see how these individuals expressed their trust in Jesus.
